The Gift Pt. 1

So I came up with an amusing idea for a comic...and I also wanted to practice drawing ponies from the front as well as facial expressions. I combined the three things. I know Rainbow Dash is the totally wrong colour, but by the time i realized it I couldn't fix it. Soarin was a bit darker than I wanted as well. Anyway, aside from those obvious things, any sort of feedback would be nice.
